Understanding complex ecosystems and developing winning strategies that generate enthusiastic engagement is what she does best.
In another life, she dreamed of working in genetic engineering – this was before realizing that a laboratory was far too small a playground for someone who is passionate about engaging in new experiences (she got married in Turkey so she could gift her guests with the thrill of discovering a new place!). Isabelle graduated from HEC and took a course in sustainable development at Stanford University. Her happy place is where relationship marketing, philanthropic development, and sustainable development all get together to play and create something meaningful. Deep down, she loves taking care of people.
Over the decades spent in agency, Isabelle collaborated with renowned commercial companies in various industries (telecommunications, energy, pharmaceuticals, etc.). She developed a unique gift for understanding client realities and helping organizations to design and implement solutions that were essential for them to thrive. Most notably, she made a major contribution to Quebec’s largest relationship program, SAQ Inspire. But it is at Atypic that her love for the tiniest details (you have to hear the way she passionately describes her latest delights!), coupled with her prolific experience and her confidence in her co-workers that allows her to change the world, one mandate at a time. When it comes to causes and matters of the heart, this adoring mother admits to having a soft spot for all causes that affect childhood development and she also has a penchant for the environment and culture.
Why Atypic?
“Because of the freedom to be ourselves — that acceptance allows us to be even better. There is a climate of trust that encourages us to explore, to be creative and daring, to move past our own limits. You can feel it in our team spirit, but also in the product we deliver.”
